退换货条件

我们承诺，如您收到的商品存在以下情况，可在收品7天内申请退换货：

• 商品存在制造缺降（非人为损坏）
• 收到的商品与订单不符
• 运输过程中造成的损坏（需提供签收前的损坏照片）

不支持退换货的情况

• 个人定制品、企业定制品
• 人为损坏或使用不当造成的损坏
• 超过7天退换货申请期限
• 个人主观原因（不喜欢、不符合预期等）

退换货流程

1. 在收品7天内，通过WhatsApp或邮箱联系我们
2. 提供订单号、商品照片及问题说明
3. 我们在48小时内审核您的申请
4. 审核通过后，我们将安排退换货事宜
5. 退款将在处理完成后5-10个工作日内返回原支付账户

Return & Refund Policy (English)

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for quality defects, wrong items, or shipping damage. Custom/personalized items are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

This policy complies with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.
