West Malaysia: 7-10 business days; East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): 10-15 business days.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
For West Malaysia orders, free shipping for orders over MYR 300, otherwise MYR 20 shipping fee. For East Malaysia orders, free shipping for orders over MYR 500, otherwise MYR 20 shipping fee.
Q: How can I track my order?
After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your email. You can track your order directly on the courier's official website.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
Q: Can I return an item?
Within 7 days of receiving the item, if there is a quality issue (non-human damage), you can apply for a return or exchange. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Q: How do I apply for a return or exchange?
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email, provide your order number and product photos. We will process your application within 48 hours.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties for imports to Malaysia?
According to Malaysian customs regulations, a single item valued under MYR 500 is usually exempt from customs duties; for amounts exceeding this, import tax may apply, subject to actual customs assessment.

Q: How long does customization take?
Sample production takes 7-10 days, while bulk production varies from 15-30 days depending on the quantity.

Q: How do I care for bronze collectibles?
It is recommended to regularly wipe surface dust with a dry cloth, avoid damp environments and contact with chemical cleaners, and place in a dry and ventilated area. If a natural oxidation layer appears on the surface, it is normal and can be gently wiped with professional bronze polishing oil.
