Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We promise that if the product you receive has any of the following issues, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving it:
- The product has manufacturing defects (non-human damage)
- The received product does not match the order
- Damage caused during transportation (photos of damage before signing must be provided)
Cases Not Supporting Returns or Exchanges
- Personalized custom items, corporate custom items
- Damage caused by human error or improper use
- Beyond the 7-day return and exchange application period
- Personal subjective reasons (dislike, not meeting expectations, etc.)
Return and Exchange Process
- Within 7 days of receiving the product, contact us via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue
- We will review your application within 48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange for the return or exchange
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 5-10 business days after processing is complete
Return & Refund Policy (English)
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for quality defects, wrong items, or shipping damage. Custom/personalized items are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
This policy complies with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.
