Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We promise that if the product you receive has any of the following issues, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving it:

  • The product has manufacturing defects (non-human damage)
  • The received product does not match the order
  • Damage caused during transportation (photos of damage before signing must be provided)

Cases Not Supporting Returns or Exchanges

  • Personalized custom items, corporate custom items
  • Damage caused by human error or improper use
  • Beyond the 7-day return and exchange application period
  • Personal subjective reasons (dislike, not meeting expectations, etc.)

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Within 7 days of receiving the product, contact us via WhatsApp or email
  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue
  3. We will review your application within 48 hours
  4. Once approved, we will arrange for the return or exchange
  5. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 5-10 business days after processing is complete

Return & Refund Policy (English)

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for quality defects, wrong items, or shipping damage. Custom/personalized items are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
