Delivery Coverage

We currently only provide nationwide delivery in Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).

Delivery Time

• West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): 7-10 working days after placing the order
• East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan): 10-15 working days after placing the order

The above times are estimates, and actual delivery times may be delayed due to logistics, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Fees

• West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders over MYR 300; MYR 20 shipping fee for orders under MYR 300
• East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders over MYR 500; MYR 20 shipping fee for orders under MYR 500

Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number via email. You can log in to the logistics provider's official website to check the real-time delivery status.

Packaging Instructions

All collectibles are packed in reinforced packaging to ensure safety during transportation. If the packaging is damaged upon receipt, please take photos as evidence before signing and contact us immediately.
