I. Tiered Pricing

II. Minimum Order Quantity Rules
- Minimum Order Quantity: 10 pieces (mix-and-match styles and colors allowed)
- MOQ for custom engraved items: 30 pieces and above
- MOQ for full customization solutions (packaging + engraving + certificate): 50 pieces and above
III. Delivery Time Description
- In-stock items: Shipped within 7-10 working days after payment
- Customized items: 20-30 working days after payment confirmation
- Large-batch customization (100 pieces or more): Delivery time to be discussed separately
IV. Payment Methods
- 50% upfront payment, remaining balance to be settled before shipment
- Supports common Malaysian payment methods: FPX, Touch'n Go, bank transfer
V. After-Sales Rules
- Returns and exchanges for quality issues can be requested within 7 days of receipt
- Customized items are not eligible for return (except for quality issues)
- Shipping damage costs are borne by the buyer
VI. Invoicing Information
Supports issuing Malaysian business invoices. Please inform us in advance and provide company details when placing your order.
